Snakes Downunder in Childers, QLD is one place where you can get up and close to so many animals. Ian does a fantastic job and this is one of my favourite reptile parks. Trust me - You won't be disappointed!
It was opened on 7 October 1916 so it will soon be its 100 anniversary! The great thing about Taronga Zoo is that you can get so close to all of the Animals. In my opinion Taronga Zoo is one of the best Zoos on the Planet! Another great thing there is so much variety of animals. If you love Animals you must come here!
This is one of my favourite places to go on holidays. If you love snorkelling, diving and marine life you will love Heron Island. One of the great things about Heron Island is that you can snorkel straight off the beach into the Great Barrier Reef. At Heron Island you can also witness spectacular sunsets every night.
Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary has been voted one of the Gold Coasts best tourist attractions. Currumbin Sanctuary is around 75 hectares of bush and rainforest a perfect natural setting for the wildlife. Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary was founded by Alex Griffiths in 1947.
The Australian Reptile Park is located in Goford in New South Wales near Sydney and is open 7 day a week (expect Christmas) from 9am to 5pm. The Australian Reptile Park is the Central Coasts largest tourism attraction and has 220,000 visitors a year to the Park!
The Australian Reptile Park isn't just Reptiles. They have countless species of Mammals, Birds, Amphibians and Arachnids. Fraser Coast Wildlife Sanctuary is in Maryborough QLD. The Sanctuary is open from 10:00am. They have bred three endangered species. Their Dingo's are the first legally bred dingoes ever and they are beautiful!
